By using this service, you agree to the following terms:
Use at Your Own Risk: This service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. By using this pastebin, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any content you share.
Data Storage: All data is stored on servers located in Germany and is not shared with any third parties. However, the operator assumes no liability for data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your pastes.
User Accounts: Registration is invite-only and requires a valid invite code. Account passwords must meet minimum security requirements (8+ characters, uppercase, number, special character) and are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Permanent Deletion: When a paste expires (default: 12 hours, or custom expiry for premium users), is burned after reading, or is manually deleted, it is permanently removed from the database. Premium users have a 3-day grace period after expiry during which pastes can be reactivated from the dashboard. After the grace period, deletion is permanent. There are no backups and no recovery options.
Statistics Collection: This service collects anonymous usage statistics including IP addresses, geographic location data (country, region, city), view counts, and timestamps for analytical purposes. This data is stored in Germany and used solely to monitor service usage and security. No personal information beyond IP-based geolocation is collected or stored.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not share sensitive, confidential, or illegal information. Password-protected and burn-after-reading pastes offer additional security but are not a guarantee of complete privacy.
Rate Limiting & Access: This service implements rate limiting (10 requests per 60 seconds) and tracks failed password attempts (maximum 3 attempts) for security purposes. The operator reserves the right to block access, delete content, or restrict usage without prior notice if abuse or violations are detected.
No Liability: The service operator is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or service downtime.
